LTR Comics Shipping Policy

LTR Comics takes care in packaging comic books, graphic novels, graded comics, and collectibles so they arrive safely and securely.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are generally processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

During periods of unusually high order volume, special events, or circumstances outside of our control, processing may take longer. If a significant delay is expected, LTR Comics will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer.

Preorders & Subscription Orders

Preorder and subscription items are not subject to the standard 2–3 business-day processing timeframe because they must first be received from the applicable publisher or distributor.

Subscription and preorder comic orders are generally held and combined into one monthly shipment. This allows customers to receive their monthly comic purchases together and helps reduce repeated shipping costs.

Once the applicable monthly shipment is ready for fulfillment, LTR Comics generally aims to process and ship it within 2–3 business days.

Publisher and distributor release dates are estimates and may change. Delayed titles may affect when a monthly shipment is ready to be sent.

Customers who would prefer separate or more frequent shipments should contact LTR Comics before ordering to determine whether alternative shipping arrangements are available. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Combined Orders

Orders containing multiple items generally ship once all merchandise included in the applicable shipment is available.

Subscription and preorder comic orders are generally combined into one monthly shipment.

If an order contains both in-stock merchandise and preorder or subscription items, the in-stock merchandise may be held and shipped with the customer's next monthly shipment.

Customers who would like available merchandise shipped separately should place separate orders or contact LTR Comics to determine whether split shipping is available. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout.

LTR Comics may use carriers including USPS, UPS, or other appropriate shipping providers depending on the size, weight, value, and destination of the order.

Comics and collectibles are packaged using protective materials appropriate for the contents of the shipment.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the shipping label has been created.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking information after the package has been transferred to the carrier.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates provided at checkout or by a shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

LTR Comics is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service disruptions, holidays, transportation issues, natural disasters, governmental actions, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an address error before your order has shipped, please contact LTR Comics as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed or that a package can be rerouted.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

If tracking indicates that a shipment is significantly delayed, lost, or otherwise experiencing a delivery issue, please contact LTR Comics so we can assist with reviewing the shipment and, where appropriate, working with the carrier.

A package marked as delivered by the carrier may require additional investigation before a replacement or refund can be considered.

Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives with significant shipping damage, please contact LTR Comics within 48 hours of delivery.

Please retain the item, shipping box or mailer, packaging materials, and shipping label and provide photographs when requested. These materials may be necessary to submit a carrier claim.

Damaged merchandise is also subject to the LTR Comics Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Shipping Charges & Refunds

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable once an order has shipped, except when a refund results from an error by LTR Comics or qualifying shipping damage.

Additional shipping charges may apply when a customer requests separate shipments, expedited shipping, address corrections, or other special handling.
