These Terms of Service govern your use of the LTR Comics website and your purchase of products or services from LTR Comics. By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Throughout these Terms, “LTR Comics,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LTR Comics. “You” and “your” refer to the customer, visitor, or user of our website.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this website, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You may not use our products, services, or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You agree not to interfere with, disrupt, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, accounts, or services.

2. Products & Collectibles

LTR Comics sells comic books, graphic novels, graded comics, collectibles, preorder merchandise, subscription products, and related items.

Because comic books and collectibles are condition-sensitive products, customers should carefully review all available photographs, descriptions, grades, condition notes, and product information before purchasing.

Raw comic grades or grade ranges provided by LTR Comics are opinions only and do not guarantee the grade that CGC, CBCS, or another third-party grading service may assign.

Professionally graded comics are sold according to the grade and certification assigned by the applicable grading company.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information when appropriate.

Colors and visual appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, lighting, photography, or publisher-provided images.

For preorder products, publisher or distributor information may change before release, including cover artwork, release dates, creative teams, format, specifications, and other product details.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

LTR Comics reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
Inventory discrepancies
Duplicate or unusual orders
Product availability issues
Violations of these Terms
Other circumstances that make fulfillment impractical or inappropriate

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund for the cancelled merchandise.

5. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time before an order is completed.

Once a customer has completed an order, LTR Comics will not increase the price of that completed order without the customer's agreement.

Obvious pricing errors may result in cancellation and refund of the affected item or order.

6. Preorders & Subscription Products

Preorder and subscription merchandise may be ordered from publishers or distributors based on customer commitments.

Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable ordering deadlines, including Final Order Cutoff dates when provided.

Cancellation of preorder and subscription items may be restricted once LTR Comics has committed to purchasing the merchandise from a distributor.

Preorder and subscription purchases are also subject to our Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Release dates are estimates supplied by publishers or distributors and may change.

LTR Comics is not responsible for publisher or distributor delays outside of our control.

7. Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for all purchases.

You authorize LTR Comics and our payment processors to charge the payment method provided for purchases you complete.

We may use third-party payment providers to process transactions. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the provider's terms and policies.

8. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law.

The amount of tax charged may vary depending on the customer's location, applicable tax laws, and information provided during checkout.

9. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

LTR Comics is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Orders containing multiple products may be held until all items are available for shipment, particularly when an order includes preorder merchandise.

10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All returns, cancellations, refunds, restocking fees, damage claims, preorder cancellations, and related matters are governed by the LTR Comics Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy posted on our website.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review that policy.

11. Marketplace Purchases

Products sold by LTR Comics through third-party platforms such as Whatnot, eBay, or other marketplaces may be subject to the terms, policies, buyer protections, and dispute-resolution procedures of those platforms.

Where required by the marketplace, the marketplace's applicable policies will control.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the LTR Comics name, logo, website design, original written content, photographs created by LTR Comics, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to LTR Comics.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit LTR Comics intellectual property without permission.

Comic book titles, characters, logos, cover artwork, publisher trademarks, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Their appearance on our website does not imply ownership by LTR Comics.

13. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, payment providers, shipping companies, social media platforms, or other services.

LTR Comics does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their websites, services, content, privacy practices, availability, or actions.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

14. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Commit or attempt fraud
Submit false or misleading information
